Let's Talk About MONEY When good people make good money, they do great things.” Chris Harder In my coaching conversations, I often hear people say, *“I don’t want to be greedy,”* when talking about making more money. But here’s the thing—wanting more money doesn’t automatically make you greedy. *What if it simply means you want to create more choices… more freedom… and more impact?* From my perspective, if you’re able to generate more than you *need*, you’re in a position to uplift others—your family, your community, or causes close to your heart. That’s not greed. That’s *generosity with power behind it.* Let’s challenge the belief that it's noble to *just get by.* What if creating abundance is part of how you serve? I'd love to hear your thoughts—has this belief held you back before? #MindsetMatters #MoneyMindset #Leadership #PersonalDevelopment #Empowerment hashtag #Abundance #WealthWithPurpose

“I don’t want to sell...” It’s one of the most common things I hear when someone’s considering starting a business or stepping into coaching. But here’s the truth: Selling isn’t something separate from life—it is life. We sell our time for a pay check. We sell our ideas in conversations. We sell our vision when we lead. The moment we recommend something we love or share a solution that’s helped us—we’re selling in the most natural, authentic way. 👉 "If you have a solution that can help someone, it’s your responsibility to share it." When someone says, “I don’t want to sell,” what they’re often really saying is: “I don’t want to feel pushy.” “I don’t want to be judged.” “I don’t know how to communicate my value.” That’s where the inner work begins. Because true selling—the kind that aligns with your values—isn’t about pressure. It’s about service. It’s about belief. It’s about impact. When you believe in what you offer, sharing it becomes second nature. Let’s stop thinking of “selling” as something to avoid… and start seeing it as an extension of the purpose we’re here to live.

The Mindset That Shapes Your Financial Success Have you ever noticed that the people who are overly conscious about money tend to attract objections around it? This principle plays out in business, sales, and even everyday life. When we focus too much on lack—worrying about expenses, fearing rejection, or assuming others can’t afford what we offer—we unknowingly create barriers. In contrast, those who approach money with confidence and abundance attract opportunities. They don’t dwell on limitations but instead focus on value, solutions, and possibility. So, how do we shift our mindset? *Detach Emotion from Money – See money as a tool, not a source of stress or fear. *Focus on Value, Not Cost – Instead of worrying about price tags, highlight the transformation you provide. *Adopt an Abundance Mindset – Believe there’s enough to go around. When you lead with confidence, objections lessen. This simple shift can have a profound impact on sales, negotiations, and financial growth. “Your income can only grow to the extent that you do.” — T. 🔹 Success Starts with Focus 🔹 In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to fall into the trap of comparison—especially in business and professional growth. We see colleagues achieving milestones, competitors launching new products, and leaders making waves in their industries. But here’s the reality: 👉 The only way to truly succeed is to stop worrying about what anyone else is doing. Success isn’t about outpacing others—it’s about staying committed to your journey, your goals, and your growth. The moment we shift our focus from external validation to internal progress, everything changes. 💡 A few ways to maintain focus: ✔️ Set clear, personal benchmarks for success. ✔️ Celebrate progress—whether big wins or small steps forward. ✔️ Stay committed to continuous learning and self-improvement. When we stop comparing and start building, we create something truly sustainable. What’s one strategy you use to stay focused on your path?

Ever catch yourself thinking, “I wish I’d started sooner”? I know I have. That little voice creeps in, making us wonder where we’d be if we’d just taken action earlier. But here’s the powerful truth… Today is the youngest you’ll ever be. Let that sink in. It’s so easy to get caught up regretting missed opportunities or the time that’s already passed. But time moves forward either way. What really matters is what you choose to do right now. No matter your age, your background, or your past decisions—there’s no better moment to start fresh, take that risk, or go after that dream than today. You can’t rewind the clock, but you can make sure you don’t look back a year from now wishing you’d started. Even small steps, taken consistently, will compound into something incredible. Your future self will thank you. So whatever has been sitting on your heart—whether it’s launching that business, prioritizing your health, learning a new skill, or investing in yourself—start now. Today holds endless potential. And the best part? You’re the one in control. Read it again. Then go make it happen.

Step Six: Don’t Ask Permission – Just Go for It! This one was a big shift for me. I used to wait for some kind of unspoken approval before taking action—whether it was speaking up in a conversation, sharing my ideas, or stepping into new opportunities. But here’s what I’ve learned: No one is going to give you permission to be great. You have to claim it yourself. I realized that when I asked for permission, even in small ways, it subtly put me in a position of waiting instead of leading. ❌ “Is it okay if I share something?” → ✅ “I have something to add.” ❌ “Do you mind if I step in here?” → ✅ “Here’s my take on this.” ❌ “Would it be alright if I tried this?” → ✅ “I’m moving forward with this approach.” When I stopped seeking approval and started trusting my own voice, everything changed. People engage more when they sense certainty and confidence. It’s not about being rude or pushy—it’s about owning your value and stepping up without hesitation. And that wraps up my How to Engage with Others series! I hope these six steps have given you something to think about when it comes to building stronger, more meaningful connections. Which step resonated with you the most?

How to Engage with Others Step Five: Don’t Apologize – Own Your Space with Confidence This one was a real eye-opener for me. I used to say “sorry” way too often—apologizing for things that didn’t need an apology. “Sorry to bother you,” “Sorry, just a quick question,” “Sorry if this sounds silly…” Sound familiar? What I realized is that over-apologizing weakens our presence. It subtly tells people that we don’t fully own our space, our words, or our value. And if we don’t own it, how can we expect others to take us seriously? Instead of apologizing unnecessarily, I’ve learned to shift my language: ❌ “Sorry to bother you.” → ✅ “Do you have a moment?” ❌ “Sorry, just a quick question.” → ✅ “I have a quick question.” ❌ “Sorry if this sounds silly.” → ✅ “Here’s something I’ve been thinking about.” Of course, if I genuinely mess up, I take responsibility—but I don’t apologize for existing, for asking, or for taking up space. Confidence isn’t arrogance—it’s simply standing in what I know to be true without shrinking. This is Step Five in my How to Engage with Others series—only one more step to go! Can’t wait to share the final piece of the puzzle. Have you ever caught yourself over-apologizing?
