Who says today's construction doesn't live up to the past? We are working on recladding a government building constructed in 1950 that was added onto a historic building, located at in an undisclosed city in Colorado. The existing cladding was removed and reveled a plethora of peculiar masonry construction where the masonry was not attached to primary framing, was unreinforced, and was held in place by the existing cladding. The fun part begins where we get to consult our client on options how to repair the newly discovered conditions. Lerch Bates Inc.
