We’re keeping the party going as we continue celebrating the tenacious women-owned brands and retailers on LeafLink Marketplace! 🎉 Mary Jane's Medicinals is leading the way in all-natural, cannabis-infused topicals—offering a natural, effective alternative for relief and healing. As one of the country’s first producers of cannabis-infused topicals, Mary Jane’s has been advocating and educating since 2009. Founder and CEO Dahlia Mertens started her journey as a massage therapist in Telluride before making a life-changing discovery. In 2009, a trip to California introduced her to the idea of using cannabis topically. Dahlia recalls: “Once I returned home, I set out to create a cannabis-infused massage oil that I could integrate into my practice. Initially, I thought the use of the infused oil would just promote increased relaxation during the treatment. I was very pleasantly surprised when my clients reported all sorts of pain and healing benefits with the use of my oil. I was onto something that could really help people!” Mary Jane’s believes that representation in leadership is essential for a thriving industry. “Balance is key to health- in industry, in government, and in every aspect of our lives. It has been empowering to create and grow my business in a new space- a space that we can design to have more equality and representation. I look forward to a time when the question of the significance of women in business becomes antiquated.” - Dahlia Mertens, Mary Jane’s Medicinals Founder & CEO Looking ahead, Dahlia hopes to see cannabis set the standard for equality and inclusion across industries: “I would like the cannabis industry to be a beacon of equality and inclusion, offering a positive and progressive example for other industries on the benefits of balance for overall success.” Dahlia credits WomenGrow, a networking and mentorship organization, for connecting her with a community of strong women in cannabis in her early days. “I met so many strong and awesome ladies and made some lifelong friends. Over the years, I have remained close to several of the women I met, and we have supported each other through the gauntlet of challenges that are ever-present in this new semi-legal industry.” Support women-owned brands in cannabis and champion equity across the industry! #LeafLink #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInCannabis #CannabisIndustry #FemaleEntrepreneurs #EquityInCannabis #WomenOwned

Drum roll, please… 🥁 Give it up for EmmaLeaf, a licensed cannabis manufacturing company based in central Missouri. EmmaLeaf promises the precision of a lab and the art of a gourmet kitchen. 🤝 As a predominantly female team, EmmaLeaf works diligently to battle the grossly under-represented women in the industry. “We see enormous potential for women in this space and our predominantly female team works hard every day to ensure that our quality and customer experience are critical for not only our success, but to help provide other women with the desire to be in the cannabis industry validation that there is room for all of us and no one has to lose for all of us to win.” - Tammy Puyear, Director of Sales & Marketing. As the industry continues to grow, EmmaLeaf hopes to see more equality in the industry. “Women employees are often paid less than their male counterparts, but the culture itself is where equality is most lacking. Support from others when women express thoughts or suggestions and the genuine desire to hear what women have to contribute don't cost anything, but the ROI is unlimited.” Women’s History Month may be ending, but don’t let your support stop here. Join us in celebrating the industry's hardworking women-owned brands and retailers every day! #LeafLink #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInCannabis #CannabisIndustry #FemaleEntrepreneurs #EquityInCannabis #WomenOwned

Known for exceeding expectations, Pueblo Wellness crafts a diverse range of premium in-house products—always made with the finest flower, nectar, and slow-burning hemp papers. 🌿✨ “We feel that Female entrepreneurship is increasingly recognized as a vital driver of economic growth. President. Pueblo Wellness sums up its hopes for the industry's future in three words: equality, collaboration, and success. “We believe the cannabis industry will not reach its full potential without women taking the lead. As women continue to drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and change within this rapidly growing sector, our leadership will be crucial in shaping the industry's future and ensuring its continued success.” Dawn shouts out her mother as her greatest mentor, admiring how strong-minded, wise, loving, supportive, and incredibly patient mothers are. “Through every season of life, they’ve been our unwavering cheerleaders, especially when the bleachers were empty. Their guidance and encouragement have shaped us into the women we are today, and we carry their strength with us in everything we do.” The cannabis industry thrives when women have the opportunity to lead, innovate, and succeed. We’re rolling out the red carpet for women-owned brands on LeafLink Marketplace! Today, we’re spotlighting CannaTrust, a women-owned, family-operated cannabis brand rooted in Humboldt County, CA. With a mission to make healing through cannabis accessible to all, CannaTrust partners with 50 family farmers, prioritizing natural growing practices while empowering communities and cultivators alike. CannaTrust believes in supporting women in cannabis and fostering female entrepreneurship, calling it “essential for creating an inclusive and thriving industry.” CannaTrust credits women for bringing a distinct perspective to leadership, driven by vision, resilience, and the courage to take risks. ‘When we started CannaTrust in 2015, I was often one of the few women in the room. It wasn’t always easy, but I kept thinking about the example I wanted to set, especially for my two daughters. Being a woman in this industry has taught me the importance of finding my voice and standing firm, even when it’s challenging. It’s about having the strength to push through doubts and obstacles, to keep going even when no one else believes in you. That’s the heart of entrepreneurship—especially for women in this space.” - Melinda Cox, CannaTrust Owner and Operator. Looking to the future, CannaTrust hopes to see more women and other minority groups represented in leadership roles and more support for women-led businesses and brands. “We need to ensure that individuals from all backgrounds, genders, and experiences have equal access to the resources, funding, and opportunities to succeed. I envision a future where the cannabis industry continues to grow inclusively, with women and people from all walks of life leading the way.” CannaTrust believes that in order to create an industry that serves everyone in our communities, we need the unique perspectives women bring, especially around sustainability, ethics, and wellness. “An inclusive industry, where everyone’s voice is valued, is essential for true collective progress.” When asked about female mentorship, Melinda shares that her daughters have been her greatest mentors. “They’ve helped me design the CannaTrust brand, and their creativity, passion, and dedication continue to inspire me every day.” In addition to her daughters, Melinda feels lucky to have had the great privilege of connecting with other women in the cannabis industry who’ve offered their advice, shoulders to cry on, encouragement, and wisdom. Let’s continue championing women-led businesses—not just this month, but every day! #LeafLink #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInCannabis #CannabisIndustry #FemaleEntrepreneurs #EquityInCannabis #WomenOwned

March may be ending, but Women’s History Month isn’t over yet! 💜 We’re keeping the momentum going by spotlighting the powerhouse women-owned businesses on LeafLink Marketplace—like Mazor Collective! Mazor Collective is Arizona's only female-majority-owned, operated, and cultivated licensee. 😮 Having always been drawn to industries with the potential to build something from the ground up, Founder and CEO Lilach Mazor Power saw an opportunity in 2013, when Arizona’s medical cannabis market was in its infancy, not only to start a business but to shape an industry while improving people’s well-being. Mazor Collective advocates for female entrepreneurship within the cannabis industry, calling it not only significant but essential as women-owned businesses remain underrepresented. “Owning and operating a vertically integrated business in a highly regulated space has been a masterclass in resilience, but it has also reinforced my belief that women bring a unique perspective of flexibility, collaboration, community, and long-term sustainability – everything our industry needs more of.” When it comes to obstacles women face within the industry, Mazor Collective credits access to capital as the biggest hurdle for women in cannabis. “It’s not a lack of skill, experience, or vision—it’s funding.” Mazor hopes to see more investment in women-led companies, more women in executive and board roles, and an industry that recognizes the value of diverse leadership. Mazor encourages the industry to fight for strong female leadership, saying that since cannabis is a new industry, we have the rare chance to build it differently. “That won’t happen without strong female leadership. Women bring a different lens to business—one that prioritizes long-term strategy, community impact, and inclusive growth. But it’s not just about representation; it’s about power. Women need to own more licenses, lead more companies, and sit on more boards. If we don’t claim our place now, we risk cannabis becoming just another industry dominated by the same structures that have historically sidelined women." When it comes to mentorship, Lilach was ecstatic to share the many women around her who’ve become mentors, not in an official capacity, but serving as an inspiration, allowing Lilach the opportunity to learn so much from them along the way. “From friends, to colleagues, to members of my team, to my family, to podcasts and books. I take any opportunity I can to listen, to ask questions and to learn from so many phenomenal women around me, I love how women create a community to support each other, to share, to help.” Shout out to Mazor Collective and all the women-owned businesses on LeafLink! We couldn’t be more grateful to partner with such a remarkable assortment of women-owned brands and retailers! #LeafLink #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInCannabis #CannabisIndustry #FemaleEntrepreneurs #EquityInCannabis #WomenOwned
