  • LCG proudly participated in the 2025 National Grants Management Association (NGMA) Conference, held in Washington, D.C., from March 12 to March 14. This annual event provided a valuable experience for our team members—LaTania Williams, Jennifer Webber, Keia Eaves, and Stephanie McDaniel—who engaged with 1,900 state and local government professionals in the grants management field. During the three-day conference, our team showcased LCG’s innovative digital and web-based information technology capabilities, articulating how these solutions can significantly improve grant managers' ability to effectively monitor their grants. The NGMA 2025 Annual Grants Conference served as an important platform for LCG to gather insights, expand its presence in the grants management sector, and explore future collaboration opportunities. Key Takeaways: - State and Local Government Needs: There is a substantial demand for grants management solutions, particularly in the public health sector. - Current Tools: Many state and local governments rely on outdated technology, with many managers still dependent on emails and Excel spreadsheets to manage their grant activities. - Common Requirements: There is a clear need for a grants management system that focuses on compliance, fraud prevention, waste reduction, and monitoring the spending and impact of grant recipients. #AGT2025 #NGMA #NationalGrantsManagementAssociation #GrantsManagement

  • As a proud and longtime sponsor of The Children's Inn at NIH, our CEO, Melissa McCullough, had the privilege of attending a dinner and discussion with Dr. Francis Collins about his new book, "The Road to Wisdom: On Truth, Science, Faith, and Trust" on Tuesday, March 4th. It was an amazing evening full of insightful conversation and uplifting energy. "What an honor to get a picture moment with Dr. Collins. His book is amazing! Be prepared for aha moments and lots of learning. Can’t wait to see what’s next on his list of accomplishments. I’d like to give a special thanks to Jennie and her exceptional leadership team for everything they do at the Children’s Inn. LCG couldn’t be prouder to be in partnership for such a worthwhile cause." - Melissa McCullough

  • In celebration of Women's History Month, we honor the trailblazing legacy of Annie Easley, a pioneering computer scientist and mathematician who broke barriers at NASA. As one of the first African American women to work as a computer scientist at NASA, Annie made invaluable contributions to the success of space missions, including the development of software for rocket launches. Her work not only advanced space exploration but also opened doors for women and minorities in STEM fields. Annie's story is a reminder that diversity, perseverance, and innovation fuel progress in every field. #WomenInSTEM #DiversityInTech #AnnieEasley #STEMHeroes

  • LCG was a proud sponsor of the Snowed Inn event hosted by The Children's Inn at NIH at Pinstripes in Bethesda, MD. Our leadership team attended the event to show support for this incredible organization that has impacted many families and children in need. Our sponsorship helped make this event a success, but it is the ongoing dedication of The Children's Inn at NIH that continues to inspire us. This is a reminder of how powerful collaboration can be in creating lasting change. Thank you to everyone who made this night possible, and to all those who attended and contributed. We look forward to continuing to support causes like this and making an even greater impact in the future. #SnowedInn #APlaceLikeHome #TheChildrensInnatNIH

  • Black History Month provides an opportunity to celebrate the remarkable contributions, resilience, and accomplishments of Black individuals throughout history. Today, we honor Roy Clay, a pioneering tech visionary who made history as one of the first Black engineers in Silicon Valley. Known as the "Godfather of Silicon Valley," Clay broke barriers at Hewlett-Packard, where he helped develop the company’s first computer systems and software. His legacy continues to inspire countless innovators and entrepreneurs, showing us that determination and vision can create lasting change. We celebrate his contributions and the lasting impact he’s had on the tech world and beyond. #TechPioneer #RoyClay #BlackHistoryMonth
