Administrative Assistant / Paralegal Needed Our downtown White Plains law firm is seeking an energetic, sophisticated, fun loving administrative assistant / para legal to act as the lead support for the senior counsel of our eight person firm. If you possess some general legal experience in either tax, litigation, or trust and estates, you will be a great addition to our staff. You should have an excellent work ethic as well as a professional commitment to the both the job and our team. You will be the successful candidate if you are a smart, self starter with solid computer skills including Word, WordPerfect, Microsoft Office Suite and 365, Timeslips and QuickBooks. You should be able to multitask and reprioritize your planned work day at a moments notice. Our office work week is Monday thru Thursday with extra days off when earned, with an occasional workday on Friday if the need should arise. Start your new job at your schedule but be prepared to be fully on board by week three of your initial employment. This is the perfect position for a recent graduate (with prior work experience) looking for an entry level position, or someone seeking to reenter the workforce after the kids are at school or for someone looking for a completely different slice of life from that of a classic law firm environment.
