Rossans Lucero Promoted to Paralegal Operations Manager! 🎉 Paralegal Rossans Lucero has been promoted to serve as the Paralegal Operations Manager for the Law Firm of Higbee & Associates. She will be one of two operations managers who oversee a team that handles more than 1,000 state litigation claims a month. Lucero, who has worked with Higbee & Associates since 2022, previously worked for Guglielmo & Associates. Her extensive experience in working on both sides of creditor/debtor cases has helped her excel.  “I am grateful and excited to take on his new role and continue to contribute to the success of our company. Brooke Boswell Promoted to Manager of Human Resources! 🎉 Brooke Boswell will lead The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates’ human resources team in a period of unprecedented growth for the law firm, which is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Boswell, who joined the firm in 2011, has been a member of the HR team for more than 10 years. She built the firm’s internship program into one of the biggest law firm internship programs in the country. The internship program has served more than 1,000 undergraduate interns from all over the world and has won praise from multiple universities. “I am honored and excited to step into this role at H&A. I am eager to play a part in helping our company grow and keeping it a place where people love to be,” said Boswell. “Ms. Boswell has been a great brand ambassador for the law firm, and she understands the mission of the law firm as well as anyone. Attorney Johnny Lok has been promoted to Supervising Litigation Attorney for the Law Firm of Higbee & Associates. Lok, who joined the law firm in 2023, will supervise a litigation team that handles more than 1,000 state litigation cases a month.   Lok, who is licensed to practice law in six states, has handled thousands of cases since first being licensed to practice law in 2019. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law.   "I'm very thankful for all the support and for this opportunity. I hope to meet and exceed the expectations and further the growth of the consumer advocacy division. I'm sure, with everyone's continued hard work and efforts, we will continue to provide great results for our clients and manage the incredible growth” says Lok.   Lok will be based in the firm’s rapidly growing San Antonio, Texas location.
