Drummond, JD/MBA prevails before the Supreme Court of New Mexico Court on behalf of firm clients, Security Limits, Inc. and Paulo Silva, in an Anti-SLAPP appeal involving issues under the United States Supreme Court’s Noerr-Pennington doctrine regarding petitioning activity before administrative agencies. The Supreme Court declined to review the decision of the New Mexico Court of Appeals handed down late last year that affirmed the trial court’s ruling in favor of Security Limits and Mr. Silva.
