TEAM TUESDAY: Meet Tracy LaRose, our incredible Chief Financial Officer! 💰✨ With a whopping 19 years of experience in the industry, Tracy has been a cornerstone of Landmark since its inception. She's our walking encyclopedia of company history – a true Landmark historian! She started working for Dr. Kapp in the development of Landmark in December 2004, before the facilities were built. As a skilled CPA, Tracy brings financial expertise and strategic thinking to her role. However, her passion for our LTAC patients and deep-rooted connection to Landmark set her apart. When she's not busy making things "simple but significant" (her favorite Mad Men quote), Tracy is cheering on her kids at soccer and basketball games. 🏀⚽️ She loves working outside on her 2.5 acres and enjoying some sun! Coffee or Tea? She is happy enjoying both! We're incredibly fortunate to have Tracy as part of our Landmark family. Her dedication, knowledge, and positive spirit inspire us all. 👏
