Employee Spotlight: Kai Engevik Kai got his start in the door and hardware industry nearly 2 ½ years ago when he joined Kinship! In that time, he has held the titles of Warehouse Support, Wood Shop Support, and currently holds the title of Account Manager. Kai’s ability to learn and adapt quickly in an ever-changing industry has been a tremendous asset to the Kinship team! In his free time, Kai is an Eagle Scout, which might explain his love for being outdoors. He also loves fishing and camping with his wife and daughter in their travel trailer. When asked what he likes most about working with Kinship, Kai responded, “How close everyone works together and treats people like family.
