The numbers are in, volunteers removed 1,040 traps, 155 loose floats, 14 buckets, and 11 crates during the 2025 Annual Crab Trap Removal Program across the Texas Mid-Coast Region. The live contents included: - 688 blue crabs - 233 stone crabs - 61 fish The effort required 180 participants in 58 boats. The bays are cleaner and more productive, thanks to all who participated!
