Benefits Administration Software
The market for employee benefits is broken. Companies spend millions on employee benefits that employees neither value nor regularly use. Founded in 2017, Forma set out to build a better model by challenging traditional one-size-fits-all approaches. Forma’s flexible benefits software helps companies offer competitive benefits packages while reducing costs and inefficiencies, by giving employees more choice and flexibility in how they spend their benefit allowances. Using Forma, select from our suite of Lifestyle Spending Accounts, Health Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, and Flexible Spending Accounts to design and deliver customized benefits programs available in a single platform. Employees then have three choices to spend account funds: The Forma Store with discounted products and services, The Forma Visa Card, or claim reimbursement backed by Forma’s world-class member support team.

Flexibility, choice, and impact win again! Forma is officially a G2 Leader (again 💫) with 17 badges and 5 #1 rankings in the review site’s Spring 2025 reports. First of all, thank you to everyone who rated and voted for Forma this season. This recognition wouldn’t be possible without our incredible customers and members who continue to share their experiences on G2. Your feedback pushes us to keep innovating and redefining what employee benefits can be. Here’s where Forma landed on top in G2’s Spring 2025 rankings: 🎉 #1 in Grid® Report for Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSAs) 🎉 #1 in Relationship Index for Benefits Administration 🎉 #1 in Enterprise Relationship Index for Benefits Administration 🎉 #1 in Enterprise Grid® Report for Benefits Support 🎉 #1 in Momentum Grid® Report for Benefits Support But this isn’t just about the accolades — it’s about how clear it has become that flexible, employee-first benefits aren’t just the future… they’re the now. The Forma team is at the heart of making this all happen. Your dedication, creativity, and heart are what make this possible. Every day, you’re shaping a platform and delivering for our customers so that companies can support their people in more personalized and meaningful ways. Thank you! On behalf of everyone at Forma, we so appreciate #G2 for this recognition and for highlighting how #LSAs and modern benefits are changing the game. And trust us — we’re still just getting started. 🚀 𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝟮: https://lnkd.in/gSvBm5yZ

𝟰 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝟭 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲. 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀. Gen Z is prioritizing mental health and self-care. Millennials want support with family planning and financial wellness. Gen X is juggling childcare and eldercare. Boomers are returning to work and want robust healthcare. Today’s workplace spans decades, but traditional benefit strategies haven’t kept up. According to Marsh McLennan Agency’s 2025 Employee Health & Benefits Trends report, 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀. But one-size-fits-all plans don’t cut it anymore. And that’s where Lifestyle Spending Accounts shine. Instead of building separate benefit programs for every generation, LSAs allow companies to offer 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲. 💡 A Gen Z employee might use their funds for therapy. 💡 A Millennial might choose fertility support or student loan repayment. 💡 A Gen-Xer might prioritize back-up caregiving. 💡 A Boomer might spend on financial planning or fitness. Same account. Different priorities. One flexible solution. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄? To wrap up Women’s History Month, last week I had the opportunity to moderate a 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 panel discussion here at Forma. Getting to plan and host this panel session was a complete honor, and I feel so energized about celebrating the amazing women around me, encouraging the next generation of female talent, and elevating discussions that can inspire anyone across the gender spectrum. We covered so much ground during this internal event, including: 🤩 A look back at these accomplished leaders’ career paths, all the way back to the childhood dreams of what they wanted to be when they grew up 🤩 Perspectives on leadership styles and how each woman’s approach has evolved over time 🤩 Pivotal moments and breakthroughs in life and at work that shaped each woman’s career 🤩 The confidence gap – or lack thereof – for women at work and how anybody can increase their own confidence no matter where they are in their career 🤩 The hotly debated idea that women can or should “have it all” and how to optimize for balance in life instead 🤩 Insights into how male colleagues can be – and in many cases already are – strong allies to women at work 🤩 Ideas on how to accelerate the pathway to true gender parity in the workplace (since McKinsey predicts it will take 48 years, and that’s simply too long) 🤩 What each panelist would tell her younger self – the girl with the “someday I’ll be…” dream – if she had an opportunity to speak to her today Huge thanks to Forma’s Chief Revenue Officer Emily Roccheggiani, our Chief Customer Officer Jaclyn Berger, and our VP of People Operations Misty Mountain for sharing your insights and stories, and for trusting me with leading such an important conversation. This was actually my first time ever moderating a panel discussion, and it was really important to me to do a great job and set up each of the panelists to shine. It meant the world to see colleagues from across departments, countries, and genders engaging throughout the session and saying things like: 💬 𝑇ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑖𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑏𝑒𝑠𝑡 𝑤𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑛’𝑠 𝑝𝑎𝑛𝑒𝑙 𝐼’𝑣𝑒 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑑! 𝑌’𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑠ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑑 𝑡𝑎𝑘𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑠ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑜𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑟𝑜𝑎𝑑! 💬 𝐼 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙 𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑑𝑖𝑏𝑙𝑦 𝑙𝑢𝑐𝑘𝑦 𝑡𝑜 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘 ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒. 💬 𝑇ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑘 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑚𝑒𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑡! 💬 𝑌𝑜𝑢 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑐𝑘𝑒𝑑 𝑖𝑡 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑃𝐴𝑅𝐾! 💬 𝐼'𝑣𝑒 𝑛𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟 𝑏𝑒𝑒𝑛 𝑠𝑜 ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑦 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑏𝑒 𝑎𝑡 𝐹𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑛 𝑑𝑢𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑝𝑎𝑛𝑒𝑙! This was such a personally fulfilling way to honor Women’s History Month. Thank you again to my esteemed panel and thank you to Forma for championing women’s experiences and making space for educational and inspiring sessions like this one. 🎤

A few of our team members had some fun writing prank posts today based on the prompt: "LSAs are no joke." Thanks Allie Daly for our favorite of the bunch! We're glad you're not really leaving it all behind to become a treasure hunter 😆
It’s official I am putting in my resignation and becoming a treasure hunter. You heard that right. After binging Gold & Greed on Netflix my husband and I determined that this is in fact our calling. Do we have any experience in treasure hunting? No. But we feel confident that our twice yearly backpacking experience (from before kids) and our ability to Google will serve us well. If you’re not familiar, in 2010 Forrest Fenn hid a chest full of treasure in the Rocky Mountains. If you’re also not familiar the Rocky’s spread across 6 states. The only way to determine where in that vast chunk of land that chest of gold and valuables lie was through a poem. I'm still thankful I took my British Poetry class as pass/fail. This particular treasure was found in 2020. However, in the spirit of keeping the quest alive Justin Posey hid his own treasure that is ours to find. It’s just beyond the maps edge. My husband and I are packing our stuff, dropping the kids off at Grammie and Pop’s and are off to adventure. Will it take us days? Months? Years? Who knows! But I do hope our kids appreciate all of our effort (and remember us). Ok, the change of career is a joke. But do you know what isn’t? #LSAs. Still the best benefit in all the Rockies…shoot, make it all the land. Alright Forma, enough April Fools fun. Back to work 😅

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝟮𝟬+ 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀? 🌏 That’s the challenge Tripadvisor set out to solve, and they booked a ticket to the right benefits destination. ✈️ Like many global companies, Tripadvisor’s original wellness benefits program was a high-effort, low-flexibility undertaking that presented a growing administrative burden on HR. Then they made the switch to Forma. With a tier-based Lifestyle Spending Account program, Tripadvisor was able to: ✅ Dramatically reduce time spent by benefits and payroll teams ✅ Offer true flexibility for employees and their families ✅ Scale benefits across regions with local relevance ✅ Delight employees with a benefit that “just suits everybody” ✅ Deliver real ROI with time savings that translates into dollars As Patti Petrella, Sr. Director of Global Benefits at Tripadvisor said, “𝑂𝑢𝑟 𝑔𝑜𝑎𝑙 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝑎𝑙𝑤𝑎𝑦𝑠 𝑠𝑜𝑙𝑣𝑒 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑠𝑒 𝑎𝑑𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛, 𝑏𝑢𝑡 𝑎𝑙𝑠𝑜 𝑏𝑟𝑜𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑔𝑟𝑎𝑚 𝑠𝑜 𝑖𝑡 𝑚𝑒𝑡 𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑒 𝑝𝑒𝑜𝑝𝑙𝑒 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑙𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑠… 𝐴𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡'𝑠 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝐹𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑟 𝑤𝑖𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑟. 𝐴𝑙𝑙 𝑜𝑓 𝐻𝑅 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑎𝑑𝑣𝑜𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑏𝑒𝑐𝑎𝑢𝑠𝑒 𝑤𝑒 𝑘𝑛𝑒𝑤 𝑖𝑡 𝑤𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑑 𝑒𝑥𝑐𝑖𝑡𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 𝑒𝑛𝑔𝑎𝑔𝑒 𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑒𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑜𝑦𝑒𝑒𝑠.” At Forma, we’ve always believed that when you give employees more choice and meet them where they are, engagement and satisfaction follow. The results from Tripadvisor say it all. 🤩 If you’re heading to The Conference Board's 25th Annual Employee Health Care Conference in NYC on April 8-9, don’t miss the opportunity to see Patti speak about Tripadvisor’s LSA journey. She’ll be onstage with our CEO Jason Fan for an insightful discussion in the session LSA Masterclass: Why Total Rewards Leaders Say Personalized Benefits Are a Win-Win-Win. 🔗 In the meantime, you can find the full case study here: https://lnkd.in/dThrkqsG

🤩 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝘾𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙢 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩?! 🤔 In this week’s 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘮 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵?! spotlight, we’re featuring a member who used his LSA to take a terrarium-making class. A hands-on, creative experience that’s both relaxing and rewarding, this class helped him get out of his usual routine, de-stress, and bring some new greenery into his home. This is the perfect example of how LSAs support all kinds of wellness—whether it’s movement, mindfulness, or just doing something that makes you feel more happiness. We love seeing how members use their benefits to create moments of joy and balance in their lives. Have a cool LSA story? Share it below! 👇
