Since 1979, JG Companies has been offering commercial general contracting for Construction and Facilities services throughout California and several border states along the west coast. From new ground-ups, tenant improvements, multi-site rollouts and re-brand & re-fresh, JG's Construction Division provides, and delivers.
Our facilities division offers in house electrical services, LED building retrofits, in-house carpentry and several other skilled tradesmen for Facility Maintenance and Tenant Improvement Projects.

Exciting news from Greenspot Crossings Shopping Center in Highland, CA for VantageOne Real Estate Investments! The first two tenants, Starbucks and Chipotle Mexican Grill, are now open for business in the same week! Congratulations to Ismael Jimenez from Starbucks and Oliver Moradkhani from Chipotle Mexican Grill on their successful grand openings! JG has recently completed Buildings 2, 4 & 5 within 5 months at this vibrant center. Currently, we are in the final stages of wrapping up Pads 6 & 7, set to deliver both buildings in a 4 month build!
