Our Vision: To revolutionize soft tissue repair to improve the lives of patients and surgeons.

About us

Integrity Orthopaedics emerges as a pioneering force dedicated to redefining the landscape of soft tissue repair. Their mission is to revolutionize the approach to rotator cuff repair, overcoming traditional limitations by enabling robust initial repair strength while fostering an optimal environment for healing. At the heart of our innovation lies a deep understanding of the ideal conditions for tendon healing. These conditions encompass four essential attributes: immediate strength, minimal tendon mobility, broad points of fixation, and an optimal biologic environment. With the Integrity Orthopaedics device, surgeons gain the ability to consistently realize these critical objectives with unparalleled efficiency. Central to the Integrity Orthopaedics’ culture is a steadfast commitment to enhancing patient care on a broad scale. The esteemed founders of Integrity Orthopaedics boast an impressive track record in this regard, honed through their successful endeavors at Rotation Medical (acquired by Smith & Nephew in 2017). Drawing from this wealth of experience, they stand poised to spearhead a transformative shift in one of orthopaedics' most challenging arenas.

  • 💪 Our RCR construct is all about strength and stability. That’s why our technique utilizes five to eleven stitches on average, with smaller diameter anchors allowing for more fixation points than traditional anchors. By utilizing a continuous stitch, tightly spaced fixation points, stitched perpendicularly to the fibers of the tendon, we can improve the time-zero biomechanics of the repair over traditional methods. #rotatorcuffrepair #innovation #optimized

  • ⏱️ The average recovery time for rotator cuff repair surgery using traditional techniques is 14 months. That means that on average, it takes over a year for a patient to regain full motion. Including several weeks of immobilization. Compared to many other orthopaedic procedures, that’s a long time. Our solution aims to streamline recovery by optimizing the repair technique and creating an environment that promotes long-term healing. Ask us about how we’re working to enhance recovery and get patients back to mobility faster. (Hwan J, et al., Clin Orthop Relat Res, 2019) #rotatorcuffrepair #earlymobility #paradigmchange

  • Happy National Doctors’ Day! Integrity Orthopaedics’ was founded by a team of surgeons and medtech innovators who saw an unmet clinical need and worked together to solve it. We wake up every day with a commitment to working alongside orthopaedic surgeons to deliver optimal rotator cuff repair outcomes to patients. We are so thankful for the work doctors do. • Arthroscopic RCR is the product of nearly three decades of continuous innovation. In that time we saw the jump from single and double rows to transosseous equivalent. We’ve seen key material changes in both anchors and sutures. The very tools we use to conduct the surgery have evolved. Yet, it still underperforms. Our solution seeks to move rotator cuff procedures forward again, offering a more optimized construct than previous methods. Curious how it works? #innovation #rotatorcuffrepair #paradigmshift

  • There are five essential attributes that support ideal conditions for tendon healing: 🪡 Immediate strength 🪡 Broad points of fixation 🪡 Muti-directional load sharing 🪡 Minimal tendon mobility 🪡 An optimal biologic environment Traditional methods of rotator cuff repair often fail to adequately promote all five attributes, increasing the chances of less-than-optimal outcomes. At Integrity Orthopaedics, we sought to develop a solution that would craft a more ideal environment for tendon healing. #innovation #rotatorcuffrepair #paradigmshift
