And yes, we did a #deepdive. 🎥 Paige, who leads AI Developer Relations at Google DeepMind, is at the forefront of making cutting-edge AI accessible and impactful for developers worldwide. She's also the queen of all things demo-related! Logan, a Senior Product manager at Google DeepMind, is shaping how developers engage with and deploy latest versions of frontier models like #Gemini in real-world applications. We had to teach our AI Agents to stop being too polite. No, really. Early in our product development, Lily—the orchestration engine at the heart of Instalily—would assemble a team of composable AI Agents to tackle a task. But instead of diving into the job, they got stuck in a polite loop: “Thank you.” “No, thank you.” “Much appreciated.” “Thank you again.” And so it went. 👩💻 Now, we’re big fans of manners around here. But a recursive gratitude spiral?Not exactly mission-critical behavior. As conversations unfolded across our small team, we landed on a fix:  ⚡ The Patrol Agent — an AI referee that steps in when things get too chummy. With some tongue-in-cheek logic, we nudged the agents back to what matters: getting things done. But this isn’t just a funny story about politeness protocols.
