One year ago, I was presenting GuestOS at Inception Studio Demo Day. At the time, it was just an idea, showing how I was using new tech to improve processes and revenue at my family’s hotel. Fast forward to today, GuestOS is now helping thousands of users across travel and hospitality, and we’ve built a foundation that will take us to the next level. Along the way, we’ve had some incredible moments. GuestOS helped deliver critical information during the Los Angeles wildfires when public systems failed. I also had the opportunity to present GuestOS to Cambodia’s Prime Minister, proving that the right systems, combined with the right people, can drive real change. Over the past year, I’ve experienced synchronicities, alignments, and connections that have shown me I’m exactly where I need to be. When you love what you’re doing, the best is always yet to come.
