We are so excited to announce our joint partnership with IMSAR and Trillium Engineering! The autonomy of the Altaeros ST-Flex, combined with IMSAR’s NSP-7 Aerostat Radar, and Trillium’s high performing HD80 and HD95 gimbals, creates a highly capable, and rapidly deployable mission solution for ground and maritime operations. The multi-payload solution was tested and validated both at our R&D Center in Fremont, NH, as well as at Camp Atterbury in Indiana, during T-REX 24-2. The Altaeros ST-Flex autonomous aerostat, capable of flying both the IMSAR NSP-7 Aerostat, as well as the Trillium HD80 or the HD95 gimbal at a height of 1000 feet AGL, allows for a wider coverage area, at a lower cost than other aerial platforms. But if there’s one thing the Canadian UAVs Military team knows, it’s that weather delays are just part of the mission. (Especially this time of year in New Brunswick 🇨🇦) Rather than sit idle, we took the opportunity to set up a static display of the Aerosonde HQ UAS for visitors, showcasing its cutting edge ISR capabilities and the MIST integration with TerraSense Analytics.
