The Senate Ag Committee held a hearing today on the IDFA-backed Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act of 2025 (S.222)—a bill that would reinstate whole and reduced-fat (2%) milk in school cafeterias. The hearing featured testimony from nutrition experts and school officials about the importance of dairy to the health and well-being of our nation's children, the decline of school milk consumption following removal of whole and 2% options in 2012, and the latest science on dairy fats.
