Located at 1533 N Shepherd Drive, this dynamic retail development features two contemporary commercial buildings: a two-story structure totaling approximately 25,400 square feet and a one-story, 4,000-square-foot restaurant shell. Defined by a bold yellow-accented staircase and a refined blend of modern and industrial materials, the design makes a confident architectural statement with strong street presence. As architect of record, Identity Architecture led with a 360-degree design approach—considering every facet of the experience, from form and flow to tenant flexibility—maximizing the efficiency of the lot and ensuring the project performs as beautifully as it looks.
