Jim Underbrink announces his retirement from IC2, marking the end of a distinguished career that has left an indelible mark on our team. As we celebrate the incredible contributions of Jim Underbrink to IC2, we reflect on his lasting impact on our technology and team. Jim's expertise in microphones and phased arrays has significantly enhanced our products and driven us to push the boundaries of our capabilities. Since his arrival in 2019, Jim’s guidance and influence led IC2 through 18 SBIR/STTR Phase 1s, 11 SBIR/STTR Phase 2s, and 6 SBIR Phase 3s wins and several new products launches, including DirectShear™-2D, MHzPressure™, WirelessArray™, and DynaMic™. Jim's remarkable skills and mentorship have been pivotal in our success, and his legacy will continue to influence our future innovations. Jim will additionally be featured in a video interview with NI about our microphones and other products, set to be released in early January. This interview will delve into the innovative solutions IC2 has developed, especially focusing on our DynaMic™ and related technologies.
