Thank you to everyone who came out to our newest location’s open house and dedication last week! We are so honored to memorialize Koinonia Homes founder, Sister Mary Charles in the name of this building, The Sister Mary Charles Center. Her legacy is reflected in every home, every smile, and every life touched by I Am Boundless. Sister Mary Charles laid the foundation for a future where inclusion is celebrated, lives are uplifted, and dignity is honored.

Earlier this month, Boundless participated in testimony on the state operating budget (HB96) in front of the Ohio House Health Committee. Joining with colleagues from across Ohio, we spoke on the tremendous progress our industry has made since the passage of previous operating budget (HB33). It is critical that the IDD and behavioral health investments made in HB33 be maintained, as is currently proposed in HB96. Boundless was also able to provide perspective to the committee on how we can continue to build on the progress that has been made over the past two years. Specifically, the need for a sustainable HCBS Waiver funding model. Boundless will continue to remain actively engaged in the state budget process, ensuring our policy priorities are understood by legislators from across the state. Chief Strategy Officer Jennifer Riha, and Vice President of Advancement Jodi Bopp, traveled to JPMorganChase headquarters in New York City to participate in the Chase accelerate program. As part of the program, five not for profits from around the country were invited to present to Chase executives. Boundless was thrilled to be chosen for this experience!

Under twinkling lights and surrounded by laughter, students will experience a prom designed just for them—where inclusion isn’t an afterthought, it’s the heart of the celebration. 💙 Boundless Nights Prom is creating a sensory-friendly, fully inclusive prom for students with autism and other developmental disabilities. Across 16 Montgomery County high schools, around 70 students will finally enjoy a prom night where they’re not just accommodated—they’re celebrated. Our center base program in West Carrollton is starting their year with the gift of philanthropy. Our friends at the Brighter Tomorrow Foundation have awarded our center with a grant supporting their curriculum and learning resource needs in 2025. Thank you to the foundation for empowering students in our community and fueling our mission.

JPMorganChase has been an incredible partner. We've had over 400 Chase volunteers in just a year! Natalie and Erica helped make that possible and they've been amazing.
