We've wrapped up the U.S. Paralympics Cycling Time Trials in Cummings Research Park and we want to send a special thank you to everyone who was involved. This event was a selection race for the upcoming World Cups in Europe and we were proud to see many new faces competing for spots! Thank you to Phoenix - Huntsville Rehabilitation Foundation, Huntsville Sports Commission, and The Caring Family Foundation (Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama). We wish these athletes the best on the rest of this season, and we look forward to seeing many of them again next year when we host the 2026 UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships!

Huntsville is proud to host yet another Paralympics Cycling event in Cummings Research Park this weekend! These events are a great opportunity to watch competitive racing and get your family outside while the weather heats up. Here are some things to note about the race this weekend: ⌚ : March 29th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. 🆓 This is a free event and will serve as the selection race for the upcoming World Cups in Europe 🚴 Many of the U.S. athletes who medaled at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris are expected to compete here! As of March 1, employers in Alabama can now reserve Childcare Tax Credits. Tomorrow we will be hosting a virtual call to help navigate this credit and learn who qualifies and how it can provide financial relief for both families and businesses. Recently, we took a group of local educators around Huntsville/Madison County to learn more about career opportunities for their students at places like Turner Construction Company, ARCO/Murray, Robins & Morton, and Midcity District. Skilled trade jobs are available in Huntsville and these companies are looking for local talent to help build up our community!
