We’re proud to support AHA’s Spring Sports with the tools and insights to help their athletes stay healthy, train efficiently and compete at their highest level all season long. Hydration isn’t one-size-fits-all! 💧 Your sweat rate & sodium loss play a huge role in how much fluid and electrolytes you need. On average, people lose ~950 mg of sodium per liter of sweat—but that number can range from 200 mg to 2,000 mg! Want to hydrate smarter? Weigh yourself before & after workouts to track fluid loss, or take a sweat analysis test for a personalized plan.
