Calling all Tarrant County hoteliers! Thanks to a grant from the Tarrant County Workforce Commission, High School Hospitality Teachers will be paid for a 20-hour externship in your hotel this summer. This is your chance to showcase the importance of our industry to those shaping the next generation of hospitality professionals. By hosting a teacher, you’ll provide invaluable hands-on experience that will directly impact their students—your future workforce! Please take a moment to review the details below and sign up. Once you’ve committed, HATC is happy to provide sample materials that your team can use to ensure a smooth and meaningful experience for the teachers. We already have 75 teachers eager to participate—now we need your help to share your expertise with them!
