We learn better when we learn together.

About us

Online learning technology is capable of so much more. For too long, learning management systems have focused primarily on content delivery, losing one of the most fundamental truths about learning: We learn better when we learn together. At Honor we have reimagined the way we can learn, teach, and train online, centering human connection at the core of everything we do. Our platform helps higher education institutions, corporate organizations, and community builders create a more engaging and effective learning and training experience. We are a teaching and learning platform with a suite of tools that delivers transformational education for colleges, universities, and corporations.

  • L&D teams are exhausted. Instead of spending time on the best parts of their jobs, they’re constantly pushing. Pushing SMEs to create content Pushing designers to turn it into a courses Pushing employees to complete the course on time Pushing managers to push their teams as last warning Pushing reports to leadership, hoping they’ll be impressed That’s a lot of pushing. But true learning cannot be achieved by pushing - especially at the workplace. When learning is forced, it’s disconnected, inefficient, and in the end, it doesn’t stick. What if, instead of constantly pushing, we designed learning programs that pull people in naturally by: Fueling curiosity Sparking conversations and discussions Transforming learning into discovery It’s time to stop and rethink how we deliver learning, pulling people in through connection, relevance, and engagement.

  • Why does it still take 3 months to launch a course people needed yesterday? In most organizations, the knowledge isn’t the problem. It’s already there — spread across experts, advisors, educators, and program leads. What’s missing is the ability to turn that expertise into learning fast. That’s where things break down. The process is slow. The tools are rigid. And the people with the know-how are often nowhere near the creation process. So the content gets delayed. The context changes. And by the time it’s finally live, the moment has passed. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’ve seen teams move faster and build smarter when they: Capture practical knowledge as it’s happening Give subject matter experts simple tools to craft narratives Bring SME’s insights to life in their words The result? Courses ship faster. Creators stay closer to the work. Expert knowledge gets protected. And learning lands while it still matters. If creating learning programs still feels like a drawn-out process... It’s time to ask: Are your tools supporting speed, or slowing it down?

  • Most companies build learning programs backwards. They start with the content. Then the platform. Then the dashboards. And then, after the budget’s spent, comes the question: “Did people learn what they needed to?” If you go by the metrics, it might seem like it’s working. The assessments are done. The completion rates are high. But when it comes down to it: Language doesn’t carry over into team discussions. Concepts don’t show up in meetings. Behavior doesn’t change. That’s because real learning isn’t just about pushing information. It’s about making meaning. And meaning comes from people — not just content. From a story that lands at the right moment. From the way a team makes sense of something together. From the shared “aha” that can’t happen while learning alone. But most learning platforms aren’t built for that. They’re built to deliver, not connect. To push content, not spark conversation. To track progress, not deepen knowledge. Maybe we've been designing learning in the wrong order. It's time to prioritize connection over pushing content.
