501(c)3 non-profit Community Farm: Growing Purpose & Cultivating Inclusion

About us

Homesteads for Hope is 501c3 nonprofit inclusive community farm for individuals with and without disabilities to learn, work, live, and grow in nature’s classroom. Our beautiful 55-acre farm is located 10 minutes outside of downtown Rochester directly on the historic Erie Canal, providing a peaceful, sensory-friendly environment. We have built “Ready Set” Programs, a CSA food share, memberships, social groups, and frequent events that welcome people together. We also offer opportunities for inclusive work at our on-site enterprises. In the future, we look forward to the creation of affordable housing for those we serve.
