Customer Case Study: iQBox for Community Security in DTLA Due to the high number of homeless individuals near Downtown Los Angeles, community safety has become a serious concern. To address this issue, the customer installed an iQBox security system at a height of 18 feet. The iQBox provides active deterrence by emitting loud warnings and flashing red and blue warning lights whenever a homeless person passes by or lingers near the community, effectively enhancing security. For this project, the iQBox was equipped with two Homaxi Active Deterrence cameras, each covering a different angle. When an AI event is triggered, both cameras activate the horn speaker and the red and blue warning lights, providing a strong deterrent effect. Additionally, the iQBox's weatherproof design ensures reliable operation in various weather conditions. Furthermore, the iQBox leverages cloud VMS capabilities, enabling the customer to remotely access video footage, perform remote configuration, and use cloud storage for seamless playback from any location.
