Our Process: We work with Hiring Managers, Executive Teams, PE Firms and Internal Recruiters to establish what is needed in roles for your business units to succeed. Does your job description match our conversation regarding skills and experience needed to succeed in the role? We will help you answer that question. We then conduct a nationwide search for candidates that fit the criteria of the job description and our initial conversation with the hiring manager. Higher Recruitment, Inc. conducts initial interviews with candidates to ensure that they fit the criteria set by requirements and job descriptions. Only perfect matching candidate’s resumes are submitted to hiring managers. We set up all interviews with HMs. We complete our process by checking references and verifying licenses, registrations, certifications, and education, saving you time and money.
