Keep up with trends and best practices to shape our benefits strategy. Spread the word about our amazing benefits through creative communication. Maintain and process benefit records and HR invoices. Ensure data integrity in our HRIS systems and resolve any data errors. Reconcile monthly benefit deductions and ensure timely payments to vendors. Protect our company's assets by ensuring accurate and effective internal controls. What You’ll Bring: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in benefits. Experience with Workday HRIS and Benefits module is a plus! PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred. Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications, data query tools, word processing software, email, and internet search tools. Why Join Us? This year, Hibbett and PUMA Group joined together and presented Children’s of Alabama, Social Services with a financial donation of $20,000 along with a combination of PUMA branded men’s, women’s and children’s shoes, shirts and shorts and 1,000 fidget toys for their patients. The contributions support essential Children’s of Alabama programs like the Care Closet, Sugar Plum Shop and Children's Hospital Intervention and Prevention Services. We are so grateful to have this incredible children's hospital in our own backyard here in Birmingham and thank you to PUMA Group for their continued partnership!

Last week and in partnership with adidas, we hosted Empower HER at our Fultondale location. The community team put together individual looks and customized gifts for the 16 girls from Girls Inc. and treated them to time in the glam chair ahead of their debut on the fashion show runway. To top the evening off, $7500 was contributed to our local Girls Inc. chapter to continue on the great impact they are making in our community. 

This week, in partnership with Nike, we unveiled Duncanville High School as our second ever First String recipient. Duncanville was selected to commemorate the launch of The Origin with the inaugural episode featuring Orlando Magic Point Guard, Anthony Black. Hibbett held a special viewing moment of the episode for the teams plus a personalized message from Anthony announcing the $50,000 donation to the boys and girls basketball program. The teams also walked away with a pair of the Lebron Witness 8 in team colors. Thank you to everyone who is helping bring First String to life and we look forward to the impact that it will have in our communities for years to come!
