Heritage Deer Creek would love to give a huge congratulations shout out to Brooke, who recently received her LPN license! Brooke has been a wonderful asset to our Deer Creek team since 2022. Through working incredibly hard as a CNA Supervisor, Brooke received a scholarship through Heritage to go to LPN school.
