Last week we had our Meet Up to kick off the 2025 season. This was an informal excuse to gather, network and get excited for the year ahead with HerClub. We had a crazy turnout! What a fun night of laughs, cheering for baseball (on TV!) and anticipation for all the HerClub events coming this year. Thanks to all the women that showed up even though the bar was packed!! About us
HerClub was launched to solve a major problem in corporate America: women are missing out on critical networking opportunities, specifically the ones happening on the golf course.
After a ton research, and let’s face it, office gossip, we realized women don’t have the knowledge and sometimes interest in golf which can lead to a lack of confidence on the green and sometimes even in business. HerClub was designed to change all of that.
HerClub helps motivated women find an edge by building their skills and confidence related to the game of golf, off the green, so they can stop missing out on opportunities on the green. Not only is HerClub a step towards owning your career, it’s also a community to keep you energized.
We are no longer waiting for an invitation to play. We are here and ready to make moves, now.

Yesterday we were able to attend The Forum’s annual Leadership Breakfast where they shared their report on Women in Leadership in Philadelphia. A few highlights: ▶️ Women CEOs account for 4 of 100 Philly pubic companies. ▶️ Women continue to increase, year over year, as ‘top earners.’ ▶️ The number of women representing total board seats has decreased as compared to last year, but the number of women on boards has increased this year. ▶️The number of total women executives increased minimally (by 2 women) as compared to last year. The Forum and PWC reminded us that progress is slow and doesn’t happen all at once. And although that is true… …it’s not happening fast enough for us. These stats, and our stark reality, has only reinvigorated our mission to empower women with the skills and confidence to network through golf and combat gender inequity in the workplace. After an inspiring morning at our annual Leadership Breakfast we are thrilled to publish our ✨Women in Leadership 2024 report✨. For over 20 years, The Forum of Executive Women has published the Women in Leadership report. This is the only report of its kind specific to our region and brings transparency to how public companies in Philadelphia support the advancement of women as leaders. We are grateful to have worked alongside PwC on this important project for the past twelve years.
