The benefits of working at Lutheran Social Services (LSS) Food Pantry have been unique for each of our students. For one of our students pictured, the pantry has increased his work stamina because he works standing in place. For the other student, it helps to improve her soft skills by providing a routine where she knows what to expect. Thank you to Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio for giving high school students in our Applied Program one of their first work experiences in the community and for collaborating with us to make our students' needs are always met!

On Wednesdays, we explore movement through music! 🎶✨ Each week, our music and physical therapy teams come together to guide preschoolers on a journey of movement and creativity. Through these sessions, our little ones work on improving direction-following, building strength and enhancing body awareness. Bridgeway leaders had two separate opportunities to meet with our state Senators recently. We welcomed Senator Andrew O. Brenner (D19) for a tour of Bridgeway. We appreciate Senator Brenner's interest in the work we do for our students, clients and their families. He especially enjoyed visiting the Sensory Room and learning about Bridgeway's Life and Vocational Skills programs at Bridgeway. And, our Co-CEOs/Co-CEOs were honored to be invited to a lunch with 2024 Bridgeway Bridge Builders Award winner Senator (D3). Thank you to Capitol Partners for providing an opportunity to engage with other community leaders from her district. Senator Michele Reynolds shared about her mission for 2025 which includes the continued support of education! We are grateful for the service of our policymakers and for the chance to share the amazing work we do at Bridgeway. We are happy to announce that we have exceeded our goal and raised $20,290 from our Giving Tuesday campaign.
