HealPros makes a difference in the lives of people with chronic illness by traveling to their homes and helping them access the care they need. Our team has a unique opportunity to discover what is preventing people from accessing care - and helping them do just that. Whether we are preventing blindness by performing Retinal Screenings, helping people find ways to save on prescriptions, or preventing ER visits by addressing fall risks, everything we do centers around changing lives for the better.
