Our healthcare training programs are offered through our adult school, community college, and high school partners. Abigail Nueva, a phlebotomy student from Whittier Adult School, was recently honored with an Award of Merit by the Whittier Union High School District Board of Trustees. The recognition didn’t stop there. The board also gave a heartfelt shoutout to our instructor, Lavette Castellanos, and to CALRegional as a whole for the impact the program has made.
