Have you heard of corporate catfishing? Essentially it's when a company is misleading in the interview process then once the candidate, now new hire, starts the position something is entirely different. Sure, the job description and interview process won't convey with 100% accuracy the role and culture of the company but this is intentionally misleading information about policies like remote work to attract top talent. This is a huge benefit to working with an agency resource - both on the employer and candidate side. We have the ability to objectively look at the role and culture so that we can articulate it and identify a strong mutual fit for the role. What's your experience?
