🌍⚡ Sabrina Cabral, a member of our 2023 Max Thabiso Edkins Ambassador cohort, recently joined young leaders from the Amazonia and Semiarid regions of Brazil at the G20 Social Summit. As a member of Youth Alliance for Energy Governance, she presented a letter on justice in the energy transition to the Chair of Youth 20! 💡 Sabrina also represented Ruma, the organization she founded to foster environmental and human rights dialogue. 🌍 150 Climate Ambassadors from 115 Countries Onboarded! 🌱✨ The 2025 Max Thabiso Edkins Climate Ambassador Program kicked off on Thursday, February 6, bringing together a passionate cohort of young changemakers committed to climate action. 🚀 During the session, we introduced the team, discussed key activities and plans for the year, and explored how the GYCN - Global Youth Climate Network, Connect4Climate, and the World Bank Youth To Youth (Y2Y) Community support this initiative. We also had a fun Special Climate Bingo icebreaker to get everyone engaged! Excited to see what these inspiring ambassadors will achieve in the fight for a sustainable future! 🌏💡
