There's a 1,000 reasons things that go into making our work special, but the biggest one is that everyone here is a student. 50+ people showed up to a 9 AM Cafe Session on building & measuring full funnel campaigns. Everyone from Finance to Media to Organic, from interns to leadership came to learn. I expect the people that have to know it, I'm impressed by the people that want to know it. This morning Toni Tiemann taught a masterclass on how creative quality impacts brand metrics (awareness, consideration, action) and ad effectiveness (ad recall, purchase intent, product awareness). Every week or so, somebody from leadership teaches a Cafe Session about advertising, but from a different perspective. The more and more I learn, the more and more I know that you can't solve every problem the same way. It's more and more measurement and strategy, and less and less a laser-targeted media plan. It's more and more changing perception, and less and less about conversion and ROAS. There's a world where my copywriting team are experts in brand lift studies, and my media analysts will tell you the right way to storyboard & execute your creative. I'm done building our new office. I’m, now, rebuilding Gupta.
