Last week, our Real Estate Emerging Leaders (REEL) Club, Portland State University students got a behind the scenes project overview and hardhat tour of the Julia West House - Oregon's soon to be tallest cross-laminated timber (CLT) structure. It was an inspirational & educational tour for our Portland State University - School of Business undergrad and grad students from many disciplines as they had the opportunity to see a real estate project dedicated to serving houseless elders & BIPOC individuals earning 30% or less AMI that will also provide the support & stability they need to survive. Thank you, Walsh Construction Co., Community Development Partners, Holst, Guardian, for the educational afternoon for our Portland State University students!
