This year, we took that belief global with our 4th Annual Grit Charity Trip, where our reps donated a portion of their earnings and their time to serve those in need. Partnering with Eagle Condor Humanitarian, we traveled to Peru to work, give, and gain a new perspective on what truly matters. 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 — ready to put in the work, get their hands dirty, and make a real difference. From building community centers to restoring a clean water system for the local people, this trip wasn’t just about giving back—it was about transforming lives, including our own. The long days of service, the powerful conversations, and the shared moments in Cusco, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu reminded us all: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴. At the end of the day, we’re not just a sales organization—we’re a community committed to doing good, pushing limits, and creating change. We recently celebrated our annual Grit Gala. It’s always a powerful reminder of the culture thats been built—a community driven by impact and connection. This year, we had the honor of welcoming Sam Taggart, who personally presented each of the 24 Golden Door Awards to our team, recognizing their incredible achievements and setting a new standard of excellence in our industry. A special thanks to Ivy Hyde for going above and beyond to make this year’s gala world-class. It was an unforgettable night to celebrate all the people who made it all possible. From humble beginnings in the Vision Building to the Delta Center, Grit HQ, and now Todd Pedersen’s hangar with our new partners Casey Baugh and Dave Jensen, the journey has been nothing short of remarkable. 2024 was incredible, but there’s an electric confidence knowing that 2025 will be even more impactful.
