Testing is supported on desktop and mobile, and it’s browser-based, so users never have to download an app to participate. Here’s how it works: ⚡️ Set up and launch a study in minutes. Sync with Figma to add a prototype link, set device type and recording permissions, and add tasks and survey questions for users to complete. 🌎 Test async with anyone, anywhere. Integrate with your CRM or import a CSV to test with your own users. Or, recruit from Respondent's panel of 3M+ verified B2B and B2C participants, right in Great Question. 📊 Analyze user feedback from every angle. View prototype performance at a glance with metrics, timelines, paths, and click maps. Dig deeper with recordings and transcripts, and create highlight reels to share with your team. “The unmoderated test functionality is freaking AWESOME," said Emily Drumm, UX Researcher at DonorDrive . "Would you buy this?" Testing user intent seems simple enough, right? Not quite. In her latest for the Great Question blog, Senior UX Researcher & Advisor Johanna Jagow covers: ✅ The attitude-behavior gap ✅ The real cost of asking the wrong questions ✅ 7 better ways to test user intent than asking "Would you buy this?" ✅ Strategies for working with stakeholders "When we ask direct questions about future intent, we're not measuring actual behavior—we're measuring how people think they would behave in a hypothetical situation. The problem with this is that we as humans are notoriously bad at predicting our own future actions." Read Johanna's article here: https://lnkd.in/gUTSk5DW #uxresearch #userresearch #researchops

🔍 How easy is it to conduct research in your org? The Researcher Effort Score helps answer this question. Inspired by the Customer Effort Score, the Researcher Effort Score quantifies how easy or difficult it is to conduct research within an organization. Pedro Vargas improved the Researcher Effort Score at Banco do Brasil by 30%—making research easier, and more collaborative and impactful. How did he do it? ✅ Researcher Forum – A space for dedicated researchers to share insights & foster collaboration. ✅ Revamped Repository – Making past research accessible across teams. ✅ Automations – Streamlining workflows and reducing admin burden. In our latest webinar, Pedro & Ned Dwyer discuss how the Researcher Effort Score is reshaping ResearchOps and helping professionals measure and communicate impact. 🎉 New in Great Question: Open-ended prototype tests! When building our unmoderated functionality, we started with goal-based prototype testing-giving researchers the ability to set a goal screen so they can track key usage metrics like success rate, average duration, and more. But what if getting users to reach a screen isn't your actual goal? To observe users' natural behavior and understand how they instinctively interact with your designs, you can now run open-ended prototype tests as well. Perfect for exploratory testing without a specific endpoint. When setting up an unmoderated study, simply change the test type from goal-based to open-ended.
