On March 3, 2025, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher López approved a groundbreaking Chapter 11 plan for Tehum Care Services, Inc., a provider of prison healthcare services. This marks the first-ever confirmed plan in a “Texas Two-Step” divisional merger case.
