A seasoned leader in IT, cybersecurity, and defense, Bill Bender, Lt Gen USAF (Ret.) brings decades of expertise from both the public and private sectors. As the former CIO of the U.S. Air Force, he managed a $17 billion IT budget, modernized cyber operations, and established key security initiatives.
