Could it be a little more… agentic? 🤪 Some initial wrap-up thoughts from Query CPO Mike Bousquet on this year’s #RSAC Wrapping up at RSA Conference 2025 and feeling optimistic about the direction and pace of innovation in the security industry. Agentic AI and autonomous SOC solutions took center stage as expected. Despite being in early days, it’s exciting to see the promise these technologies hold. Conversations with customers confirmed some skepticism but also genuine interest—especially if they can buy down the manual workload in security operations with AI. The #OCSF breakfast was completely sold out. The rapid growth and enthusiasm around this open standard for security data were palpable. Kudos to Splunk, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the large community of vendors and users driving this initiative forward. On another note, the energy of the event felt fully back to pre-pandemic levels. Walking the expo floor was an overwhelming experience. The amount of marketing opex on display was staggering.
