We are truly grateful for Northwell Health-GoHealth Physician Assistants Courtney Bofinger and Liliana Mcfetridge, and Medical Assistant Alex Contreras. When community members sought help for a person who had collapsed nearby, Courtney, Liliana and Alex grabbed an AED and emergency response bag and rushed to assist. They joined other local business' trained staff in providing CPR and administered oxygen until emergency services arrived and transported the person to a Northwell Health emergency department. Seconds can make all the difference. We commend the bystanders and our team for their compassion, quick action, and teamwork. Thank you, Courtney, Liliana and Alex, for your dedication and for going above and beyond to help those in need. #HealthcareHeroes #LifeSavingCare #GoBeyond #GoHealth #urgentcare

We're proud to share this insightful career advice from our Director of Talent Management Natalie Fleischer: "The advice I give young girls is no different from what I give young boys. It's about putting yourself out there, having the grit to take on challenges, and being comfortable with change and failure.... As long as we fail fast and learn from our mistakes, it's okay." Let's honor Women's History Month by encouraging young people to embrace challenges and learn from every experience. Together, we can foster a culture of growth and resilience! #WomensHistoryMonth #CareerAdvice #Leadership #GrowthMindset #GoHealth

In honor of Women’s History Month, let’s bring the best version of ourselves to both work and home. #Leadership #WomenInLeadership #GoHealth #WomensHistoryMonth
