Day 2: Google Next 2025 (Thursday, April 10) - full throttle from huge announcements to ending the night with the Killers. Another engaging day with Pythian presentations. Watched the live event we streamed in the booth: https://lnkd.in/gHwwy2ju It was a pleasure to attend the session with Paul Lewis and Jeff Schnarr - this is special because I worked on this project with Day and Ross, building dashboards to support the solution and end users! Great to meet you Jeff! Then there was the delightful conversation with Paul Lewis and the prodigious Howard Holton discussing the collaboration between Pythian and GigaOm - hard not to smile as these two lit up the stage with their wit and humour! I also met Leia - she came to visit our booth and made sure we didn't have the Droid she was looking for. Some people are just awesome! Ended the night with a great show - thanks for rocking out with me Nelson Calero 🤘🎸! The Killers knew how to deliver! Also how cool is it, when you make friend with a Googler like Dave Stiver walking back to the hotel - a scholar and a gentleman.
