Our Village knows how to mix hard work with a whole lot of fun! Last Friday, our faculty and staff gathered for a State of the Union meeting, and we capped off a productive day with a lively "Boots on the Ground" celebration 🤠 We're so proud of the dedication and progress our team has made this semester!

We're currently hiring for all K-12 positions (including MLL, SpEd, ELA, STEM, social workers and substitutes) at our five Power Center Academy schools and are looking for educators and school leaders to join our Village for the 2025-26 school year. During the event, we'll hold on-the-spot interviews so please dress in business attire and bring copies of your current resume. Lunch will be provided for prospective candidates. We are so proud of our Gestalt staff, who served as representatives for Tennessee Educators of Color Alliance's (TECA) Day on the Hill. Thank you to Tina Williams (Gestalt Community Schools), Phylicia Ballentine (Power Center Academy Middle - Hickory Hill) and Tala Alomary (Power Center Academy High School), who met with legislators to discuss educational policies and issues that impact our schools.
