The 1.5-day event – organized by and for utility and consultant professionals – explored key #environmental issues shaping the energy industry across the country. GEI was honored to take part in the Italian Water Convention in Bari, Italy—an international gathering of water leaders, technical experts, and institutions focused on the theme: “Water Quality: Protection and Conservation of Water in a Scenario of International Dialogue.” Solidea Bonina, Ph.D., Senior Environmental Consultant, represented GEI at the event and presented on “Sustainable Water Resource Management and Cooperation Between Countries,” highlighting actionable strategies and cross-border collaboration between the U.S. and Italy. We hosted a company-wide presentation to launch the initiative and highlight GEI’s adoption of a new #waterinfrastructure project in Puerto Rico.
