Earlier this week Sarah Holme and Zac Posen celebrated the launch of the collection with press, influencers, and friends of the brand in NYC, showcasing the joyful maximalism and confidence that are so core to each piece. Congratulations to the Old Navy team for a successful Upper Field Summit!
Last week, we brought about 250 of Old Navy’s Upper Field Leaders, Field Support Leaders, and HQ Business Partners together for our 2025 Upper Field Summit in Philadelphia. The weather may have been cold, but as soon as you walked through the hotel doors, it was totally Spring and Summer vibes – Old Navy style! Over the three days, the team learned about our Store Strategy and the key initiatives that will help them prepare for the year ahead. Initiatives came to life in the “Style Playground,” set up in three nearby stores, showing teams the joyful, easy experience we will create, enabling our teams to solve our customers’ styling and service needs. We gave out our very first Upper Field StylecON award – congratulations to Kayla Zimmerman from our Pittsburgh district! And, it wouldn’t be an Old Navy meeting without some fun around Philly, which included a very competitive regional ping pong challenge! Putting on a meeting like this takes a village, so a big thank you to the entire team putting on the conference (Store Strategy and Operations, Global Events, Field Visual, Human Resources, Asset Protection, Learning & Development and more!), the three nearby stores who hosted “Style Playground” (Cherry Hill Mall, Marple Crossroads and Wynnewood Shopping Center), and the countless local employees who came on site to support the meeting.

Earlier this month we hosted our 21st annual shopping spree in partnership with GLIDEsf, welcoming 100 young shoppers from GLIDE’s Youth and Family Services programs to our Colma, CA store. Shoppers received a $100 Old Navy gift card and were partnered with an Old Navy employee volunteer as a shopping “buddy” to help them check off their wish lists! A big thank you to the Store Ops and Experience teams and the SF Stores District who make this cheerful event possible year over year!

Our partnerships with organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of America are what enable and mobilize our youth-focused opportunity program This Way ONward. Together, we're able to offer experiences that support workforce readiness and pathways to first jobs. 75% of BGCA teens have held part-time jobs in the past year, with 40% crediting their local club for finding the opportunity. And our own data shows that This Way ONward participants exhibit longer job tenures and higher engagement scores than their peers at Old Navy. This program focuses on empowering teens who may have never held a job before. By building confidence, gaining valuable skills, and preparing for future opportunities, This Way ONward is improving job access and helping teens invest their earnings toward significant milestones, like college or other personal goals.
