Flagship, our latest 3-truck SMPTE ST 2110 facility, has officially launched and will be covering NBA games on ESPN throughout the playoffs. In September, Flagship will transition to Monday Night Football. This launch was a significant achievement that wouldn't have been possible without the hard work of our entire team. We are heartbroken to share that our remarkable colleague and friend Neil Gallagher passed away on September 30, 2024. Neil was a pivotal force on our Engineering team and served as one of our EICs for 20 remarkable years. Those years covered countless shows across countless clients, and he mentored countless GCV colleagues along the way. He was humble, confident, genuine, hard-working, and just plain fun…and you could always find him with a cup of Dunkin' Donuts in his hand. Neil, we hope you know how much we valued you and your unwavering dedication - not only to the work you made your profession, but to your Game Creek family that you showed up for and supported every day. This week is National Driver Appreciation Week and we are celebrating all of our drivers - past and present - who work safely, smartly, and energetically to keep our operation in motion! Over the past month, we teamed up with HBS to bring the 2024 Copa America tournament to the world! Our travels took us to 11 cities in 28 days to host 24 matches, all captured in 1080P HDR across mobile units GameDay, Celtic, Moonshine, Gridiron, Columbia, Encore, & Varsity. We also installed 2 GCV Anywhere RAPS rooms in Miami to augment the entire production. Although Argentina was crowned champion, we are grateful to the 90+ champions on our team who gave this tournament their all - and to our partner HBS for this tremendous opportunity! #copaamerica #goals #gcvfamily
