Success - whether in sport or business - starts with a clear target. That's a lesson I was reminded of at this year's Golfing with a Shotgun tournament. And while last year's event was a great experience, this year felt even better - I stepped up, aimed with more confidence, and achieved a higher score than before. In clay shooting, targets move fast - hesitate for even a second and the opportunity is gone! The same goes for business: if you're not paying attention, stuck in old habits, or waiting too long to act, you might miss your shot. The event, hosted by Central SC Committee of 100, is always a great time, and this year's competition reinforced an important insight: improvement comes from staying sharp, adapting, and trusting your instincts - whether you're holding a shotgun or facing important decisions at work. As we move through 2025, I encourage my network to stay focused, keep pushing forward, and be ready to take your shot when the right opportunity presents itself! A huge thank you to GPS Jobs, Inc. for encouraging connections beyond the usual conference room setting, Georgette Sandifer & Meg Seckinger for cheering me on, and BERETTA for my reliable and comfortable A300 Ultima.
