We are thrilled to welcome Robert Stumpe, CPA as Gallery Residential's Managing Director of Investments. Robert brings over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, and development, with a stellar track record of driving strategic growth and optimizing financial performance. His expertise spans multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial assets, making him a tremendous addition to our leadership team. Before joining Gallery Residential, Robert oversaw the development of 3,300+ units valued at $750 million. Prior to that role, he directed the acquisition and management of nearly 17,000 units, shaping a $1.8 billion portfolio. At Gallery, Robert is responsible for spearheading the company investment opportunities, leading investment execution, and asset management. His leadership will be instrumental in expanding our services and delivering outstanding value to our partners and clients. A licensed CPA in Georgia, Robert holds a BBA in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and an MBA in Real Estate from The University of Georgia.
